Alice Muhlback has designed and illustrated many products, from a children's board game, to a credit card, to an international coffee sleeve, to name a few. Currently, she is co-owner of Ithacamade. She also owned and operated a very successful retail gallery/shop for seven years, and has showcased her art in many places.

Alice was deemed the title of "ithaculture artist" for her work, which has become a part of the culture of Ithaca, New York.
